Gap Personnel Nottingham are seeking a branch administrator to work within the team in Nottinghamcity centre.

Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm Nottingham Centre

Pay: 19,000 - 20,8000 pa.

Your duties will include:-

  • Inputting and uploading payroll hours
  • Managing worker queries, holidays/ days off/ pay
  • Answering the phone and dealing with queries.
  • Loading new starters info onto systems.
  • Sending timesheets out to clients and following up their return

Do you have the following skills?

  • Proficient in Excel and date input 
  • Ideally experience within a recruitment office/branch
  • A keen eye for detail
  • Ability to deal with clients and customers confidently
  • Customer Service skills
  • Administration- good excel skills, formatting etc
  • Self-motivated
  • Team Player
