A Fantastic opportunity is now available at our Rotherham Branch and we are looking for someone to join the team as the new Trainee Advertiser / Resourcer

This role will be an apprenticeship and NLW apprentice rates will apply. The role is permanent and will include an apprenticeship for 12 months.

As branch Resuorcer you will be the first port of contact for candidates by either Telephone or social media. You will be responsible for a first class service from inbound to outbound calls. Candidate care will be the backbone of your day to day workings and ultimately feed excitement and enthusiasm between yourself and the rest of your team. 
You will work closely with our Consultants and Branch Manager to assist with the registration and completion of all vacancy inquiries.

Key responsibilities include: 

Creating and placing Adverts on various platforms including Facebook
Development of brand awareness
Arranging and coordinating interviews, meetings and briefs etc.
Build a candidate pool within a specialised area 
Contacting candidates to brief them on the roles available 
Data inputting

You will be an outgoing individual with a keen interest to succeed in everything you do. 
Excellent time management with a professional phone manner and the ability to deal with all levels of booking enquires.
Experience with the use of office base computer systems including Microsoft.
Ability to work and communicate as a vital part of the branch team.
