We are looking for Assembly Operatives to join our team working for a leading manufacturer of electrical distributors and components, based in centrally in Rotherham. You can expect weekends off with weekly pay and this is a fab work environment with opportunities to grow and permanent contracts available after three months.

Here is a little more information on the role...

You will be assembling electrical products, following drawing and specifications. You may be soldering or using hand tools including drills and electric screwdrivers as work on a busy production line of up to 7 people.

Previous assembly experience is helpful, but full training is provided.

The main factory lies close to Rotherham town centre and benefits from great public transport links and offers free parking for workers.

How much will you get paid as a Production Operative?

  • £9.70 per hour (plus shift allowance if rotating)

What would your shifts be as a Production Operative?

  • Monday to Friday
  • Fixed Shifts 8:00am – 5:30pm Monday – Thursday, 8:00am – 2:30pm Friday
  • Rotating shifts:  Days (Monday – Friday 6:00am – 2:00pm) Afters (Monday to Friday 2:00pm-10:00pm)
