Gap Personnel, acting as an employment business, are currently recruiting Assembly Operatives for manufacturer based in Melksham, Wiltshire. 

 

Our client has seen huge demand for their product line, and with this demand they are now able to strengthen their manufacturing departments with hard-working and talented Production Assemblers.

 

Shift patterns available:

2 rotating shift working the below shift pattern:

Monday to Thursday 0600-1400 Friday 0600 - 1200

Monday to Thursday 1400-2200 Friday 1200 -1800 

 

3 rotating shift working the below shift pattern:

Monday to Thursday 0600-1400 Friday 0600 - 1200

Monday to Thursday 1400-2200 Friday 1200 -1800 

Monday to Thursday 2200-0600 Friday 1800 - 2400

 

Pay rates: 

2 rotating shift: £10.01ph basic + £1.09ph shift premium = £11.10ph upon complition a full 38hrs week.

3 rotating shift: £10.01ph basic + £1.54ph shift premium = £11.54ph upon complition a full 38hrs week.

 

Duties include:

  • Read and comprehend instructions and follow established procedures
  • Checking output to ensure highest quality
  • General Housekeeping around the working area 

Ideal candidates will:

  • Have good dexterity
  • Have good communication skills  
  • Be flexible/agile to help other areas when necessary
  • Have excellent hand-eye coordination and physical condition
  • Have a mechanical/assembly aptitude

 

We are looking for people who are committed, flexible and able to start as soon as possible. In return our client can offer free on-site parking, a comfortable canteen.
