A Fantastic opportunity is now available at our Castleford Branch and we are looking for someone to join the team as the new Branch Sales Executive
For this role we are looking for a highly self-motivated individual who is determined to achieve results. You will ideally have a minimum 2 years’ experience working within a business development role, and experience in B2B sales is ideal.
You will be confident and have a drive for new business through all available platforms, Cold calling, Door knocking, Face to Face meetings, Targeted social media and email. You will have exceptional communication skills and will be able to thrive in a target driven role.
A Full Driving Licence and use off own car is essential
Main duties and responsibilities
Your main duties will be to create relationships with potential clients and promote the Gap Personnel Brand
Secure New Business / Market Research and lead generation / Delivering Marketing Campaigns / Presenting to Clients / Networking / Negotiating Rates / Competitor analysis
Your role will be to research companies effectively and proactively build a network of potential partners that are suited to work with us and convert.
You will work closely with the Branch Manager and effectively communicate with the rest of the team to help on those tricky prospects.
You will be responsible purely for sales, you will be expected to carry out both phone and face to face meetings to win business across the industrial recruitment sectors and cross sell for other divisions within the Gap Personnel Group
Generally, be amazing at opening new doors and opportunities
And of course, be able to demonstrate your ability to sell an out of date calander

£18k per annum OTE Year 1, £24k / OTE year 2, £30k (uncapped Bonus Scheme)
