A key player in the outsourced logistics service industry, concentrating on retail and eCommerce sectors, currently partnering a number many of the UK’s most recognisable brands.

Job Description

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Business Development Manager, that has the confidence and hunger to be successful in a competitive market place, and contribute to the continued growth of this thriving business.

Reporting into the Sales Director, working as part of a small team, you will self motivated and have the skills to work collaboratively within a team environment, be committed and able to work to ambitious targets on a daily basis.

Taking responsibility for winning new business across the Centre of England with a focus on the East Midlands. You will be required to generate your own leads, developing and maintaining a strong sales pipeline, predominantly contact centre and fulfilment leads, and ultimately closing new business opportunities.  

Contributing to the creation of, and driving the sales strategy to position the business as the leading contact centre and fulfilment service provider to £multi-million retail and eCommerce businesses in the UK.

Core Hours, Monday to Friday 37.5 Hours per week.

The Successful Applicant  

Will have considerable Business Development Manager experience and an entrepreneurial spirit, ideally with an understanding of contact centre digital marketing strategies, you will be creative, analytical, and capable of working with multiple stakeholders from across the business.

Clearly self-motivated, confident and highly skilled in networking, you will need to be creative with excellent written and verbal communication abilities, organised and have excellent presentation skills, along with experience of budgetary planning, management and reporting. Experience of professional design software such as Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator would also be an advantage.
