Gap personnel operating as an employment business is currently recruiting for Call Centre Operator for a local company based near Exeter city centre.
The role will involve processing orders within a large inbound call centre and taking calls from all over the UK. You will be targeted on calls and will be trained to maximise the calls potential in a timely manner, while having a calm professional attitude at all times.

Ideal candidate to be able to act calm under pressure, enter information quickly into their system with high level accuracy and will be trained to provide an excellent overall customer experience.
Previous customer service experience, knowledge of Microsoft Office and flexible attitude is desirable.
Working Hours: Working 5 days out of 7 on a rotational shift pattern.
Pay Rate: £8.60 per hour plus shift allowances
