Pay: £23,000 - £25,500 DOE

Duties as CNC Operator & Setter:

  • Following work order instructions
  • Following tooling and set up sheets to set CNC machines
  • Complete work orders in accordance with the Priority Work Plan
  • Undertaking cycle deburring when required
  • Changing of inserts and drills where appropriate
  • Ensuring a safe and clean working area
  • Ensuring excellent quality of components machined
  • Ensuring setting time and cycle time are achieved

About you:

  • General PC skills
  • Knowledge of CNC machines
  • Experience of setting and operating CNC machines
  • Flexible to support other departments as required
  • Problem solving skills
  • Able to work alone or part of a team to achieve targets


  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays, increasing with service to 30 days + bank holidays

Hours & Pay:

  • Shifts will be determined by the line manager depending on the business needs
  • Basic salary - £23,000 - £25,500 DOE
  • 25% shift allowance if on alternating shifts
