• High competency with programs like Microsoft Word/Excel
• Numerate and literate

What will be expected of you

• Ensuring Health and Safety Policies are always adhered to
• Work closely with the pre-construction and commercial teams ·
• Work on between 1-3 contracts at any given time
• Responsible for ensuring completion of projects both on-time and within budget

A background in construction is not required as full training will be provided, however candidates must be enthusiastic and willing to learn this part of the business, supported by excellent IT skills.
