Gap Personnel, operating as an employment business, are currently looking to recruit a Costumer Service Administrator for UK's largest manufacturer and trade supplier of associated hardware and accessories based at Cradley Heath.
Temporary to Permanent
Working hours: Monday – Friday 8am-5pm
Pay Rate: £9 p/h
·Take Incoming Calls
·Produce sales orders
·Help customers with complaints and questions
·Give customers information about products and service
·Take orders and process returns
·By helping customers understand the product and answering questions
·Communicate with costumer on the phone and emails
Job familiarisation will be given on-site, to familiarise with not only the systems in place in general, but also the established personnel for communication reasons. This communication is key to the company’s success and an aspect that cannot be overemphasised.
Position offers temp to perm placement. Permanent opportunities may be offered following completion of 12 weeks, permanent opportunities are subject to the client’s requirements.

·Able to work full week, Monday – Friday 8am-5pm
·This is not the role work from home, you will be based on-site
