You will join a fast-paced packaging company where they have seen a significant increase in orders due to the rise of e-commerce since lockdown. The role will be ongoing with superb additional salary increments after passing your 12th working week on site. All roles are on a temporary ongoing basis with full training and any additional PPE provided.
As a despatch operative you will be responsible for:
• Ensuring that all products are loaded correctly onto machine processing line
• Machinery is running at correct speed and any issues are correctly reporting
• End of line duties to include unloading, stacking and palletising
• Stock management and replenishment
• Use of forklift machine (valid counterbalance certificate required)
You will be working a rotational shift of Monday to Friday, 6am – 2pm / 2pm – 10pm
Pay rate is £9.50 per hour
