The Role:

As the voice of the customer, both internally & externally, you will take responsibility for driving the business to achieve the committed delivery plans and communicating status to those customers. The department you are based within is responsible for processing all customer orders and remaining the point of contact for day-to-day business for external customers.

Reporting to the Customer Services Manager, you will communicate the customer’s requirements to the business and provide the customer with the commitments of the business, managing the variances and reporting on the overall performance against requirements.

The Customer Account Lead will own the customer order book from receipt of order to dispatch


Experience, Skills & Attributes Sought:

Proven, progressive experience in a complex customer-service focused role
Motivated, customer driven, and deal effectively with internal and external customers.
Excellent organisational and communication skills, both oral and written.
Willing to proactively take ownership of tasks and drive to completion without supervision
Possess the ability to analyse data and calculate multiple outcome scenarios
Confident to act on own initiative and be self-driven, organised, with ability to be highly productive.
Proven I.T skills, including specific proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.


Hours of work: 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday


Remuneration: £25,000 - £28,000 depending upon experience, plus comprehensive benefits package that exceeds industry standard and includes 25 days annual leave (plus statutory)
