Our client, a well know manufacturing business based in Huthwaite are seeking an experienced Customer Service to join their busy customer service team onsite. The vacancy is essential to the business and an immediate start is required- ideally Monday 15.02.2021

The facilities on- site are great- including plenty of parking space, break out areas with TV's, free hot and cold drinks, social distancing is in place along with temperature checks and covid regulations to keep all staff safe and well.

Hours; Monday to Friday 8.30-17.00 (working onsite)

Salary; 20-23k depending upon experience.

Duties include; Chasing unpaid invoices via telephone and email, purchasing orders, dealing with customer service queries. 

Experience required; previous experience within customer service; a confident and clear telephone manner as you will chase payments over the phone and dealing with the suppliers and customers; Excellent Excel and Pc skills. The company use a bespoke accounts system in which training will be offered.

The role is to start on a temporary contract with a possibility of a permanent contract for the right candidate which can be issued after 12 weeks working.
