gap personnel acting as a recrutment business and  currently lookingfor customer service operatives for our client in Trafford park. 

This is an excellent opportunity to gain long term employment with a well-established and reputable business.


The role will involve dealing with:

  •  inbound customers querys and questions via telephone, email and live chat.

Applicants will ideally have experience of a customer service role although full training will be given.


Whilst the company normally work a day shift Monday to Friday between mid-November and December successful applicants will be working:

  • 06:00-14:00/14:00-22:00 (Rotating) any 5 from 7 (only 1 day at the weekend)

The basic pay for the role will be £9.00 ph but if attendance and performance targets are met over peak period an enhancement of £0.50 per hour will be retrospectively paid.


Applicants will be computer literate and happy to speak to customers over the phone.


This role will initially be temp but a number of permanent positions will be available in the new year for suitable candidates.
