Customer Service Administrator

gap personnel (operating as an employment business) are proud to be currently recruiting for our client based in the Kinmel Bay area. They're looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team immediately on a temporary basis for nine months to cover maternity.
 
Pay & Hours of Work
•Mon – Fri (8am-4pm)
•£9.20 per hour
 
Responsibilities
•Proactively manage the account ensuring that old orders and breakages are chased and communicated effectively and accurately to opticians
•Inputting customer data into the in-house system 
•Liaising with CS Section Leader to ensure that any complaints are dealt with effectively and in a timely manner
•Communicate product/service/promotions prior to launch
•Ensure that all orders are input on the same day as received
•Proactively keep up to date with both the company and competitor product and service offers
•Providing excellent customer service at all times
 
Essential Skills
•Experience of dealing with customers and problem solving
•Strong organisational skills
•PC literate
•Excellent written and oral communication skills
•Focused, self-motivated and pro-active
•Willingness to go “the extra mile” and the willingness to learn new skills
•Able to work as part of a team whilst also individually
