Do you have experience in Customer service?
gap personnel (operating as an employment business) are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor for our client based in the Sheffield (S65) Location.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries to a high degree of professionalism to resolve the issues, you will also be responsible for processing sales and retaining customers business. You would be communicating with customers on by telephone and using web-based tools to promote sales items and products encouraging spend.
You will be given on the job training and shadowing of the customer service team, but a back ground of customer service experience is needed.
You will be required to have a up to date CV.
Monday – Friday
9am – 5pm.
This work is on-going with the potential to go permanent after 12 weeks
