gap personnel (operating as an employment business) are currently recruiting for A CUSTOMER SEVICE ADMINISTRATOR for our client based in the BRADFORD (BD4) Location on temp basis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer enquiries and sales enquiries via email or phone. You would be keeping customer records up to date, complaint handling and providing a resolution for reported issues. Issuing refunds, reporting damage or loss of goods. You will also be involved with other departments.
Must have experience working in a similar role, good knowledge of Microsoft and a knowledge of online platforms would be an advantage but not required.
Monday to Friday
9am – 5pm
