gap personnel (operating as an employment business) are currently recruiting for Customer Service Advisor to work for a successful family run company, near Topsham, Exeter.
Our client supplies Wholesale, Retail and Catering Trades in and around the southwest and are very proud. We are looking for bubbly, enthusiastic, telesales/order processor to create a friendly and welcoming first impression and work within the busy sales office.
You will need to have a friendly telephone manner, with good computer, numeracy and literacy skills. Experience is desirable, and full training will be given on the job.
Your role within the office, will be answering telephone calls, processing small and large orders from cafes, restaurants and shops. Up selling on telephone calls to maximise sales potential.
Monday to Saturday 08:30am - 17:30pm or Saturday to Friday 6.00pm – 2.00am
The role can be flexible, with full time and part time hours available.
This is a temporary role within ongoing contract.
Starting at £8.50 per hour
