On behalf of a well-established, market-leading firm, we are seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join their expanding customer service team, acting as the first point of contact for customers and ensuring orders are placed promptly and accurately.

 

With a hard-earned reputation for putting the customer at the heart of everything they do, it is no surprise that this company seek individuals who are pro-active, diligent & driven to provide exceptional levels of service.

 

Working in a fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for making and taking calls, placing orders and dealing with queries to ensure a consistent level of service is received by the customer.

With strong communication skills and a positive, “can-do” approach, you will work with the sales team, operations team and the credit control department to resolve any issues and maintain optimum levels of customer service.

Full training will be provided, and you will follow defined processes and procedure, but it is essential that applicants are confident of their ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure, whilst maintaining high levels of accuracy & attention to detail. It is also important that you are confident in using the Microsoft Office suite and have good levels of numeracy & literacy.

 

In return for your hard work you will receive:

A salary of £20,000 - £25,000, depending upon experience & skill set
