Do you have experience in Customer service?
gap personnel (operating as an employment business) are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor for our client based in the Sheffield (S65) Location.
Duties will include:
• To handle customer enquiries and resolve customer issues while been professional.
• You will also be responsible for offering alternative solutions where appropriate with the objective of capturing sales and retaining customer's business.
• To promote sales items and products encouraging and increasing customer spend.
• To communicate with customers by telephone and by using web-based tools and demonstrate the associated proficiency in typing and grammar.
You will be given on the job training and shadowing of the customer service team but a back ground of customer service experience is needed.
You will be required to have a up to date CV
This work is Monday to Friday 9am while 5pm
In line with NLW at £8.21ph
OVER TIME AVAILABLE!
This work is on-going with the potential to go permanent after 12 weeks
