Job description:

  • Take inbound calls from customers
  • Solve customer queries 

 

The Candidate:

  • Previous experience desirable
  • Good time keeping and work ethic
  • Ability to work on their own initiative and follow instructions
  • Computer literate
  • Confident phone manner
