Gap Personnel Group, operating as an employment business, are currently looking to recruit Customer Service Advisors for one our well-established client based in Fulwood

GENERAL SUMMARY

Supporting with inbound calls into the customer contact centre 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• The role will involve speaking to new and existing customers on the daily basis. The position is working within a busy contact centerre and will involve using an in house computer system, taking orders, logging orders and general customer services.
