personnel (operating as an employment business) have exciting opportunities for a Customr Service Assistant to join a well-established company who are based in Porth. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to succeed in their career.

Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Manager, deliver PI projects within the business from concept validation to launch on site
  • Ensure all processes are running smoothly
  • Support the Manager with departmental tasks and admin
  • Record and share meeting minutes
  • Follow up on required actions
  • Ensure all required information is gathered from the relevant departments; Production/Installation/Sub contract for all active projects
  • Communicate any delays, issues, or potential time savings across all projects to the manager
  • Assist with meetings and be prepared to provide updates on each project/material requirement including the status of stock holdings, brand development, production, and installation

Essential Criteria:

  • A knowledge of working experience in a role requiring organisation, prioritisation and admin
  • Experience in hotel & leisure industry desirable although full training will be given
  • Highly organised and detail oriented
  • A demonstrated ability to work across multiple tasks and projects at once
  • A positive and optimistic outlook along with a can-do attitude
  • A self-starter, motivated by an insatiable desire to get the job done
  • Comfortable working in a medium-sized business with an entrepreneurial mindset and able to cope with the agility that that requires
  • A basic knowledge of production methods, shipping & logistics, procurement is advantageous but not essential.

Contract: Permanent

Salary: DOE

Shifts: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
