Our client based in Wrexham is currently looking for a Customer Service Clerk to join their team on a temporary basis.

Duties include;

  • Answering phones, emails, and general correspondence 
  • Using Microsoft word, excel and outlook
  • Using a booking system to book slots for customers
  • Resolving customer queries via phone

Successful Candidates will have;

  • Good record keeping skills
  • Good administrative skills 
  • Basic knowledge of answering phone calls

Working Hours: 

Monday - Friday 8am – 5pm  

 

Pay Rate:

£9.50 per hour
