Gap personnel is acting as an employment business and are recruiting for Customer Srvice Advisor in Trafford Park,M17 The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service by interacting with our customers both online and offline. You will need to be a confident communicator and keep our customers central to everything that you do.
Working hours between 8am-9pm 5 over 7 days at £10/h
Shift patterns currently: 8-5pm/9-6pm/12-9pm (the late shift if worked from home). Additional shifts may be added to this to meet business needs.
Paid overtime will be available at the usual rate of pay.
Weekend work required every other week, a day off in the week either side of that weekend will be given for the weekend being worked. Weekend work is worked from home.
We are able to offer flexibility with working arrangements, candidates are welcome to work from home or from our office. However candidates for home working must attend training in our office until efficiently trained for home working.
We are happy to offer part time hours however this would need to be regular set hours e.g mornings, afternoons, evenings or weekends.
Answering inbound customer & store calls regarding order queries such as “where is my order?” Damaged parcels, returns, faults, membership queries or in store purchase queries.
Replying to customer emails.
Candidates will need their own working laptop and headset/headphones to take calls.
Stable internet connection is also required so advisors can effectively work from home.
Experience using Microsoft office desirable.
Candidates must be confident and capable of call handling – previous experience desirable however transferable skills from the retail, hospitality sector are welcome.
Pay rate is £10/h
