Customer Service Manager
Gap professional are operating as an employment agency on behalf of our client who are a leading Aircraft Company.They currently have a new and exciting permanent opportunity. Our client is recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Manager to join their established team based in Reading.
In this role you will lead manage and supervise our Customer Service Team in order to achieve the best possible orders and sales outcomes consistent with our strategy.
You will also work with the external Sales Function and our Customers to prepare and submit winning proposals/ RFQs. You will be the ‘Voice of the Customer’ in the business as you will be responsible for addressing any commercial issues on their behalf. If you have the ability to build collaborative working relationships and utilise your personal experience and expertise to enhance organisational effectiveness and enjoy the challenge of working in an ever – changing environment then we would like to hear from you.
- A degree qualification or equivalent qualification is desirable preferably in business administration or marketing Degree
- Proven experience in a sales administration role and in the management of a customer service environment
- An appreciation of technical subjects will be beneficial.
