My client is a leader in their field of manufacturing high quality and bespoke products for outdoors

They have grown their business by 70% since last year and now they are launching 3 new websites for their products. 

In order to continue being the best of manufacturing, they want to continue with their Customer Service approach and give the upmost service to their Customers.

With this in mind, they are recruiting for a Customer Service Coach to train their small but effective Customer Service team to bring out the best in them 

The role is critical to ensure that both Customer Service and Customer Account Teams are proficient in all aspects relating to customer services and support to help provide excellent customer

 

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the team to identify individual and team skills 
  • Provide continous job coaching
  • Advising individuals on different ways of working and advising on various customer service techniques
  • Schedule regular training sessions (e.g. monthly or quarterly)
  • Onboard new starters ensuring Customer Service Standards are embedded from Day 
  • Create new training material as new functionality is released

 

Requirements

 

  • •Work experience as a Customer Service Trainer or similar role
  • •Experience in sales or customer service positions is a plus
  • •Familiarity with interactive learning activities
  • •Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience of coaching team members
 
The role is very flexible with their working hours and can be part time or full time hours over 5 days
 
This is temp to perm role which will become permanent for the right candidate
