Executive PA - Permanent

Location: South West Somerset

Hours of work: 37.5 hours Monday to Friday

Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 DOE

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, coordinate and maintain calendar of CEO and Executive board Directors including appointments, meetings and travel
  • Provide executive and administrative support to CEO
  • Monitor and respond to incoming communications
  • Drafting and writing high quality reports and presentations
  • Assist with preparation of presentation slides

Experience, attributes & skills sought:

  • Previous experience within an Executive PA role is essential
  • Writing and preparation of board papers and coordination of reports
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Professionalism and confidentiality
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
