A great and exciting opportunity has just come available for a Facilities Co-ordinator (based near to Dudley, West Midlands). You will be responsible for the day to day running of the facilities management of care homes located across the area.
The position will be based out of Head Office and will include project work and liaising with external contractors and receiving, checking quotes and logging of all information.
My client is well established but is looking for a driven individual to further promote the outstanding work that they provide within the healthcare sector.

·Salary - Up to £25,000 depending on skills and experience
·Hours - 37.5 hours Monday to Friday
·Area - Based in Dudley, West Midlands
·Full time Permanent position.

Responsibilities - Facilities Co-ordinator

·Day to day running of the facilities management
·Monitoring emails and raising PO's
·Managing calls and requests from Care Home Managers
·Chasing quotes
·Co ordinating and prioritising work to be carried out in the homes
·Arranging start dates for work to be completed
·Carrying out project work
·Assist with creation and monitoring of budgets
