They only looking for an ambitious Family Partner to develop their family offering in the Oxfordshire office. After a merger with a very well-known local firm, they have gained a decent client base and are looking to expand in 2021.

We are recruiting for a Family Partner although candidates with a proven track record of billing and existing connections in the market will be considered at any level of qualification. Candidates with management and Partnership aspirations will be strongly preferred.
As Family Partner you will have a dual task of developing the client base, growing the team, and having wider business responsibilities for the firm. You will be expected to be knowledgeable in all aspects of Private Family Law.
This vacancy would be suited to a commercially minded individually who wants to gain experience in the wider business management aspects of running a local law firm.
