Field Worker

Gap - Personnel operating as an employment business is currently recruiting for Field Worker, in Stratford-upon-Avon, CV35

We are looking for 150 Operatives, Monday -  Saturday

The roles are permanent. Our client offers accomodation on-site for you to live in during your time working here. 

 Shift starts at 07:00 until finish.

When it gets warmer in summer, start can be earlier

• Pay rates are £8.72

Min 35 Hours guaranteed.

The role involves:

• Planting salad/vegetable crops

Harvesting salad/vegetable crops

Carry out ongoing crop maintenance and crop husbandry work

• Workers are required to do heavy lifting also

No experience is needed, full training will be given within the roles.

Language level - basic.
