Gap Personnel (operating as an employment business) are currently recruiting for a Finance Office Administrator, based in Exeter, Devon.

This is a fixed 6-month temporary role, for a suitable candidate looking to start ASAP.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm.

Salary: £8.21 per hour

Our client provides around the clock support to over 50,000 people, through their personal service. They provide a source of products, services, information, and advice for their customers.

You will be joining the busy finance team and provide a general administration service to the department.

Your role will include, answering the phone, scanning documents to customer records on the database, processing customer correspondence, inputting data, editing contracts, general filing and photocopying, franking and general office duties.

To be suitable for the role, you will need previous administration experience and have worked in an office environment.

The ideal candidate:

  • Will have previous experience in an admin role and have worked in an office environment
  • Previous experience in a finance role desirable
  • Great customer service skills
  • Computer literate, with knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Good standard of English and Math
  • Must be able to work efficiently and effectively
  • Able to multitask and have great accuracy
  • Be a team player
  • Have their own transport
