Gap personnel are operating as a recruitment business. We are currently recruiting for a fleet Administrator in Trafford Park, Manchester 

The Fleet Administrator will be responsible for the following:

·Arranging the collection and delivery from/to client sites all over the UK

·Working closely with suppliers and customers to deal with any associated issues

·Dealing with delivery documentation and updating customers on progress of delivery

·Raising PO numbers and sending of invoices

·Processing orders for customers

·Providing a wide range of administrative support to a busy fleet team

The ideal candidate for the Fleet Administrator role will have the following experience:

·Previous administrative experience would be a advantage         

·Excellent communication and IT skills

·A proactive nature

·Highly organised and able to work under pressure

This is a 6-12 month contract and potentially it may lead longer term.

Hours 8-4 Mon-Thurs 8-3 Friday

Pay is 18k per year
