FLT Counterbalance Driver

Gap Personnel Holdings Ltd acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.

Our client, a global logistics organisation, are seeking experienced Counterbalance drivers to join their team on an ongoing basis.

Working within a busy environment the role entails moving products around the warehouse and yard which does include some under cover outdoor exposure. There are no other duties associated with this role aside from FLT duties so you wont be required to do pick or pack work- just FLT driving. 

Candidates will have a counterbalance license issued by RTITB, ITTSAR or AITT either in-date or recently expired (1-2years max).

Shifts are 2 weekly rotating as below:

• Days - Mon- Fri 07.00-16.30
• Nights Mon - Thurs 20.00-05.00 and Fri 18.00-03.00

Working weeks are 45 hours (5 hours being paid at overtime rate)

• Days £9.86 x 40 hours + £14.79 x 5 hours overtime 
• Nights £11.86 x 40 + £16.79 x 5 hours overtime

Candidate must be able to rotate shifts. Own transport is essential due to the location of this site.
