Gap Personnel Group, operating as an employment business, are currently looking to recruit several Production Operatives for one our well-established client based in Burnley.

Contract: Temp to Perm 

Factory Location: Burnley

Salary and shifts:  5.30 pm - 4 am - £9 p/h - Monday - Thursday

Burnley location, close to public transport links but due to finishing time, own transport would be advantageous.

Previous experience in a food production environment is desirable

The role includes: packing, stacking, loading and topping products

Must be able to work to standard operating procedures in a fast-paced environment

Main responsibilities:

1. Understanding and attainment of both individual and department targets.
2. Carry out all duties in line with customer specifications and requirements.
3. Co-operate in the continuous improvement of quality, safety and productivity standards.
4. To meet housekeeping and hygiene standards individually and as part of a team.
5. Compliance with food safety and HSE guidelines
6. To carry out instructions as given to you by your Team Leader/Management
