Food Production Operative

Gap Personnel (operating as an employment business) have exciting opportunities for 20 Production Operatives to join a well-established company who specialise in manufacturing savoury products and ready meals. 

This job role is fast paced, and the days fly by!

We are looking for:

Bakery Operatives/ Packing Operatives/ Cleaning Operative's. 

The Ideal candidate must be able to work flexible shift patterns and commit to all available shifts. 

Gap Personnel are providing FREE transport from :selecte rhindda areas for afternoon shifts

Contract Type: Temp to Permanent 

Location: Llantrisant

Salary: £9.50 -£10.70

Shifts: Candidates will be required work the following shifts:

Monday To Friday 6am -2pm 

rotating to 

Monday to Friday 2pm - 10pm

or

Permanent night shifts 10pm - 6am.

The successful candidate will be responsible for packing products into boxes, stacking pallets, moving pallets while maintaining health and safety standards and ensuring product quality.

You will spend most of your working day standing, and the work often involves bending, lifting, carrying and loading.

You will be responsible for taking the finished product of the manufacturing process and ensuring that it is packaged in line with company and industry standards, making it ready for sale or distribution

Experience: Production experience desirable but not essential. Full Training provided on day 1.
