Gap - Personnel operating as an employment business is currently recruiting for Fruit Packing, Loading and Sorting Operatives, in Evesham, Worcestershire (WR11).

We are looking 36 Packhouse Operatives, any 5 days out of 7 for morning shift ( including weekends) and 24 Operatives for afternoon shift ( Monday - Friday).

The roles are ongoing temporary work with opportunities to go permanent with the client after 12 weeks of work.

 Shift starts at 06:00 or 06:30, finish time within 15:00- 15:30 - Morning shift

Shift starts at 16:30 for afternoon shift, and finishes at around 01:30am.

  • Pay rates are £8.91,  
  • Overtime of £11.14 after 40 hours
  • £9.80 after 2200

The role involves working on a fast-paced production & packing line, loading, weighing, grading, packing & palletising fruit products for a major national retailer.

No experience is necessary but previous experience in a food environment is a benefit.

Full training will be given within the roles.
