General Administrator

gap personnel (operating as an employment business) are proud to be representing our client based in the Mold area. We’re currently recruiting for a General Administrator to join their team immediately on a temporary basis for a minimum of 3 – 4 months to assist with a new project.

Pay & Hours of Work

  • £9.20 per hour
  • Mon – Fri (8:30am – 4:30pm) (35 working hours)

Responsibilities

  • Assisting the Supply Chain Department with general administration tasks to ensure smooth running of the department
  • Filing and photocopying of documentation
  • Printing delivery notes and liaising with the warehouse team to ensure all information is correct and accurate
  • Liaising with hauliers to arrange deliveries
  • Inputting data onto the system

Essential Skills

  • General Administration skills
  • Fully PC literate
  • Able to prioritise a variety of tasks to ensure deadlines / targets are met
  • Highly organised
  • Willing to work to own initiative but also as part of a team
