|Salary:||£9.80ph plus up to double time for weekend shifts|
A fantastic opportunity has arrisen at a brand new site based in Hucknall for an administrator planner.
The role comes with standard office hours 8.00-17.00 Monday to Friday.
The role is 40 hours per week with paid breaks paying £9.80ph plus up to £19.60ph for any overtime worked.
Working in a busy operations site office, you will be responsible for;-
- Booking in deliveries and allocating the drivers to the correct bays.
- Working covering 2 sites sharing the availbility calendar.
- All bookings for deliveries accepted via emails.
- General admin duties; answering the phone, updating spreadsheets.
- Follow the site H&S rules and wear the correct PPE (Hi-vis and safety shoes)
- Previous administrator experience, ideally in a warehouse or industrial/ manufacturing setting.
