Gap Personnel have an exciting opportunity for a HR Administrator to join Europe’s leading medical diagnostic services provider.

The Job Role: HR Administrator 

HR Administration

  • Provide all general HR administrative support as required.
  • Provide administrative support associated with contractual changes, i.e. change forms
  • Acting as a contact for all personnel queries and directing them to the appropriate member of the HR team if necessary.
  • Ensure leavers administration is completed in a timely manner including resignation acceptance, leavers form and ensure exit interview are arranged and conducted.
  • Respond to reference requests for current or ex-members of staff

Recruitment Administration

  • Administer the process for new employees for example: prepare and issuing offer letters, contract and all other supporting documentation.
  • Ensure that the necessary pre-employment checks including applying for DBS if applicable, right to work checks, qualification, medical checks and references are completed in a timely manner.
  • Ensure all parties are aware of the new starter i.e. IT, Training, Reception through appropriate paperwork.
  • Ensure all relevant paperwork is returned by candidate by using the New starter check-list.
  • Ensure HR System accurately reflects current staff conditions and details. This includes inputting starters, leavers, contractual amendments, change of details and other administration required.
  • Work with the Training Manager to develop and deliver on-boarding programmes
  • Ensure all on-boarding activities are undertaken within payroll.
  • Maintenance of personnel files and filing system for all new starters
  • Accurately processing and checking data on HR System in relation to all new starters


  • To undertake any other reasonable duty, when requested to do so by an appropriate manager.
  • Demonstrate on going competency against training plans and participate positively in CPD (continuous professional development) activities
  • Complete all statutory, mandatory and essential training within time frames specified.
  • To be an ambassador for Diversity and Inclusion


  • To observe safety regulations and attend mandatory fire, manual handling and other courses as required
  • Report all incidents and adverse events to managers and assist in the investigations of any incidents
  • Participate in risk assessment monitoring
  • To ensure that the equipment within area of work is maintained and operated as per SOP’s
