Gap professional are operating as an employment agency on behalf of its client who are looking for an administrator to join their team.

Job Type: Permanent
Location: Carterton
Hours of work: Monday – Fridays 35 hour per week
Salary: up to £25,000 DOE 

We have a fantastic opportunity available for an Insurance Administrator to join a well-established Insurance Broker in the Carterton area 

This is an administrator role working within the team to assist on office administration which may include work within renewals and new business. You will provide administration support to all staff individuals in the office as required and support the departments organisation and efficiency which will include office scanning, post and franking.

Assist office with Adjustments/Cancellations

Assist office/colleagues to provide an advised sales service to clients

Resolve queries

Liaise with Insurers

Be pro-active & turn enquiry calls in to sales

Assist office to sell additional products to existing clients

Work to targets

Action company and client post

Office administration

Personal Profile:

Experience in commercial insurance sector (preferred)

· Excellent communication skills, in both a verbal and written form 
· A great team player and collaborator 
· Ability to build and maintain relationships internally and with customers 
· Honest and trustworthy 
· Professional, positive disposition 
· Excellent organisational skills

Computer literate - Proficient in Excel & Word Format
