Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for responding to enquiries, providing quotations and closing sales.
The role comes with a competitive basic salary and uncapped earnings through commission, realistic annual earnings including OTE of between £24,500 to £42,500.
To ensure the provision of quality customer service whilst taking and administering orders through in bound and out-bound telephone sales.
To demand the highest of standards and ensure the functionality of the service is regularly maintained and in line with Company expectations.
To achieve and exceed individual sales targets and K.P.I’s.
To identify customer requirements and match their needs to correct products, using all available resources to maximise sales, e.g up-selling and add-on sales, such as warranty
To maintain awareness of new product developments, new Company initiatives and all promotional activity and ensure that this is trained into your teams
