Gap personnel acting as an employment agency are currently recruiting for Italian speaking customer service operatives to join our client based in Central Swindon on a temporary ongoing basis. This role does offer work from home opportunities once trained.

Working hours:

Monday – Friday 0800-1600

£9.74 per hour with overtime available and payable at time and a half

The role is varied and will include:

•         Answering customer queries on laptops, phones, sim cards etc by telephone and email (all training is provided)

•         Updating internal CRM system

•         Liaising with internal departments if required

•         Fault finding on products

•         Ensuring customer service standards are maintained

To be considered for this role you need to be fluent in Italian and English, you do not need technical knowledge as all training is provided. All you need is strong communication skills both written and verbal, a good eye for detail and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
