Key Account Customer Care Advisor (French Speaking)

Main Responsibilities

  • Building strong relationships with clients to establish their needs, providing updates on orders, and assisting with queries.
  • Translating when needed
  • Maximising sales opportunities wherever possible
  • Identifying issues and finding solutions to any problems in a timely manner
  • Providing excellent customer service and going above and beyond to maintain customer satisfaction

Experience and Skills required

  • Fluent in speaking French
  • Previous experience in a similar customer service focused role
  • Previous experience in a sales role is advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Competent IT skills
  • Highly organised and accurate
