  1. JOB OVERVIEW
  • To effectively administer customer schedules to satisfy their requirements. Included in the role will be some procurement of bought out products and materials to satisfy Customer requirements.
  1. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
  • Receive customer schedules and ensure the most cost effective on time delivery.
  • Interpret customer schedules by the use of Excel Spreadsheets to ensure the efficient scheduling of bought out products.
  • Maintain agreed stock levels.
  • Ensure tasks and output are to acceptable standards in accordance with Company Quality Policy and Procedures.
  • Ensure tasks and output are to acceptable standards in accordance with Company Environmental Policy and Procedures.
  • Observe and adopt safe working practices in accordance with Company Health & Safety Policy and all relevant health & safety legislation, ie, HASAWA 1974, etc.
  • Undertake any training necessary for development, as agreed with Departmental Manager.
  • Communicate problems affecting role or responsibilities to Manager.
  • Recognise Customers and promote satisfaction.
  • Operate equipment and machinery for which authorised.
  • Undertake any other reasonable duties as directed.

ESSENTIAL

DESIRABLE

Logistics admin experience in high volume manufacture

1 year supervisory experience

Highly numerate Computer literacy – ideally with a good working knowledge of Excel

 

 

 Knowledge of Syspro
