Gap Personnel is recruiting Metal Recycling Pickers on behalf of one of our clients based in Newmarket .

Pay rate : 10.17£/hour , Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday : 07.00 - 17.00

The Role will involve :

• Working on a picking line be removing valuable metals from scrapped cars
• Identify and pick the valuable metals such as copper as it goes past you
• Picking mechanical industrial waste produced by cars & other appliances
• Sort out the metals plastic and wire

Although this is a hard job and you will be working outside there is overtime and bonus payments available if you hit your pick targets.

This role requires

• Heavy lifting
• Working outside in all weathers
• The wearing of protective PPE
• The ability to stay on your feet for extended hours
