Office Administrator

Our client based on the Wrexham Industrial Estate is currently looking for an Office Administrator to join their team.

 

Duties to include;

  • General admin support for office team;
  • Answering telephone calls and dealing with customer queries;
  • Inputting of data onto spreadsheets;
  • Generating of reports for management team.
 
Successful candidates will;
  • Have previous experience of working within an office environment;
  • Be proficient in the use Microsoft Office in particular Microsoft Excel;
  • Have an excellent telephone manner and be cofident in speaking with customers over the telephone;
  • Be organised and able to meet tight deadlines.
Working Hours;
  • Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
Pay Rate;
  • £8.80 per hour
