My client is a busy haulier based in North Wales. They are a family owned conpany and they are bringing in new systems and working methods to be ahead of their business

Due to an increase in their business, they are now looking to recruit an Administrator to assist in the day to day operations

Mainly based in Sandycroft, you will also be needing to work in their Corwen office at times

 

Duties

  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
  • Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary
Skills
 
  • Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software 
  • Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage
Hours are Mon-Friday 8am-5pm
 
This role will become permanent for the right person
