Gap personnel is recruiting for an Office Administrator, to work for one of our most prided clients.

The role is temporary to permanent and will offer you the opportunity to work for a leading company, dealing with well-known UK national brands.


Office Administrator / Diss Area / Monday to Friday/ 8:00 – 16:00/ Temp to Perm / £10.57ph / Immediate start!

As an Office Administrator your main responsibility will be to look after one of the client’s accounts.


Other duties will include:

• Complete administrative tasks as and when they arise

• General office duties - data entry, copying, filing etc.

• Communication with customers and suppliers over the phone, e-mail or in person

• Raising sales orders, purchase orders and invoices

• When not busy, assist in the packing process


Experience required for an Administrator:

• Excellent communication and administration skills

• Good IT skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel

• Flexible approach to working as business keeps growing

Further details of the role:

Working days: Monday to Friday

Working hours: 8:00 – 16:00

Pay rate: £10.57 per hour
