Our client,a distribution warehouse center is recruiting for a Office Administrator to join its growing team on a Permanent Basis, based in Stowmarket, Suffolk .
- Salary £23,415 - £11.15/ hour
- Shift: Monday to Friday 08:00- 16:30 (40h per week)
Duties:
- General administration duties
- Manual inputting of information and spreadsheet manipulation, maintaining bespoke databases
- Excel, Outlook and Word experience essential as is a good understanding of workplace IT
- Maintaining and updating invoices, spreadsheets, creating job specifications
- Supporting the small team through a flexible and willing approach to office tasks and being able to turn their hand to anything
Ideal candidate:
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Administration experience & ability to work to strict deadlines and under pressure
- Good Excel & Outlook experience
- Experience of a warehouse/transport/fulfilment environment (not essential)
